1. Your energy body
In energy healing, every person has an energy body: seven chakras running up the spine, from the root at the base to the crown at the top of the head, wrapped in an aura, a glowing field of energy that surrounds you.
2. What clogs it
Stress, worry, arguments, even crowded places are said to leave dense, heavy energy in your field. When that builds up, your chakras are believed to slow down, and your aura shrinks and dims.
3. The crystal: a perfect, steady pattern
A crystal is the opposite of that chaos. Its atoms sit in a perfect, repeating pattern called a crystal lattice, and in crystal healing it is said to hold a steady, stable vibration.
4. Tuning in
When you hold a crystal, your energy is believed to gently tune to it, the way a room of ticking pendulum clocks slowly falls into the same rhythm.
5. The clearing
As your field tunes in, heavy energy is said to break up and clear. Your chakras brighten and spin freely again, and your aura expands.
6. Every crystal is different
