Citrine crystals for sale in the UK
Citrine is the golden member of the quartz family, loved for its warm colours that range from pale lemon yellow to deep honey and amber. At Statement Crystals we offer a hand-picked selection of citrine crystals, from small citrine clusters to large citrine towers, citrine spheres, carved citrine skulls and statement pieces for the home or business.
Every citrine crystal is chosen for its colour, clarity and formation and photographed individually. Most of our citrine comes from Brazil, one of the world's main sources of quartz crystals.
Natural citrine and heat-treated citrine
Natural citrine is relatively rare and usually has a softer, pale yellow to champagne tone. Much of the citrine on the market, especially deep orange and amber clusters, is amethyst that has been heat-treated to bring out its golden colour. Both are genuine quartz and both make beautiful display pieces, but we believe you should know which is which. Where a citrine has been heat-treated, we say so clearly on the listing.
Citrine meaning
Citrine is traditionally associated with abundance, positivity, confidence and success, and in crystal tradition is often called the merchant's stone. Many people place a citrine cluster or citrine tower in an office, by the front door or near a till, and choose it as a gift for a new home or new business.

Citrine FAQs
How can I tell natural citrine from heat-treated citrine?
Natural citrine is usually pale yellow to smoky gold with even colour throughout. Heat-treated citrine is often deep orange or amber, with the strongest colour at the tips of the points and a white base. We state on each listing where a piece has been heat-treated.
Where can I buy citrine in the UK?
You can buy citrine online here with UK delivery, or view our crystals in person at our showroom.
How should I care for citrine?
Keep citrine out of strong direct sunlight for long periods, as this can fade its colour. Dust gently with a soft dry brush or cloth.
Is citrine a good gift?
Yes. Citrine is a popular gift for birthdays, new homes and new businesses, and it is a traditional birthstone for November.
