UK delivery

UK standard delivery is free on orders of £100 or more, and £5.99 on orders under £100. Crystals over 5kg are always delivered free by insured courier. We choose the most suitable service for the size and weight of your crystal, using Royal Mail or a courier.

Smaller pieces are sent tracked and signed for.
Larger and higher-value pieces are packed by hand and sent by insured courier.
Please allow 2–3 working days for UK delivery after dispatch (excluding bank holidays).

Express delivery (1–2 working days after dispatch) is available for £6.99 on orders weighing up to 2kg.

Processing times

Orders received by midday are processed the same working day.
Orders received after midday are processed the following working day.
Orders received after midday on Friday, or at the weekend, are processed the following Monday.
Orders received on a bank holiday are processed the following working day.

Large and high-value pieces

Statement pieces over 30kg, and pieces of significant value, are arranged individually. In many cases collection in person or personal delivery is the better option, and we will contact you to agree the arrangements. All high-value shipments are fully insured.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. Standard international shipping is £14.99 to the EU and £23.99 to other countries we deliver to, and is free on orders of £200 or more. Please allow up to 21 working days, depending on location. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Crystals weighing more than 5kg can only be ordered online for UK delivery. If you would like a large piece delivered overseas, please contact us and we will quote for insured shipping.

Packaging

Every crystal is packed individually with the care its value deserves. Natural stone is fragile at its edges and formations, and we pack accordingly. To reduce waste, we often reuse sturdy boxes and packaging from our own imports.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If your crystal arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, let us know and we will investigate with the carrier. See our Refund policy for your rights.
