Terms of service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms apply to all orders placed with Statement Crystals through statementcrystals.uk, by phone, by email or at our showroom. Please read them before placing an order. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1. About us
Statement Crystals, 185 Kingsway, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 4GL, United Kingdom.
Phone: 07541 168437 · Email: hello@statementcrystals.uk
2. Our products
Our crystals are natural and, in most cases, one of a kind. We photograph each piece individually and describe its weight, form and, where known, origin and any treatment. Natural crystals may contain inclusions, fissures, colour variation and other natural features. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens.
Any traditional or metaphysical properties mentioned on our website describe how crystals are traditionally regarded. They are not medical or health claims, and crystals are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our acceptance takes place, and a contract between us is formed, when we send you an email confirming dispatch or, for collection or individually arranged delivery, when we confirm the arrangements with you.
Because our crystals are usually one of a kind, we may be unable to accept an order if the piece has already been sold. If so, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. If we discover an obvious error in the price of an item, we will contact you before accepting your order and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel. Payment is taken at the time of your order.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping policy. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of our acceptance. The item is your responsibility once it has been delivered to you or to someone you have nominated. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
6. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Full details, including how to cancel, return costs, refund timescales and a model cancellation form, are set out in our Refund policy.
7. Faulty items
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a right to reject it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see our Refund policy.
8. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.
Some of our crystals are very heavy. Please take care when lifting, positioning and displaying them, and use suitable, stable surfaces and stands.
9. Business customers
If you are buying in the course of a business, the statutory rights of consumers described above, including the 14-day cancellation right, do not apply, and our total liability to you is limited to the price of the item purchased.
10. Your personal information
We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.
11. Other terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the terms in force when you place your order will apply to it. If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest will continue in force.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
12. Contact us
If you have any questions or a complaint, please contact us on 07541 168437 or at hello@statementcrystals.uk, and we will do our best to resolve it.
