Delivery & Returns
Every crystal we sell is packed by hand and delivered with care. This page summarises how delivery and returns work. Full details are in our Shipping policy and Refund policy.
Free UK delivery on orders of £100 or more
UK standard delivery is free on orders of £100 or more, and £5.99 on orders under £100. Crystals over 5kg are always delivered free by insured courier. We use Royal Mail or a courier depending on the size and weight of your crystal.
- Smaller crystals are sent tracked and signed for.
- Large and high-value crystals are packed by hand and sent by insured courier.
- Please allow 2–3 working days for UK delivery after dispatch (excluding bank holidays).
Express delivery (1–2 working days after dispatch) is available for £6.99 on orders weighing up to 2kg.
Processing times
- Orders received by midday are processed the same working day.
- Orders received after midday are processed the following working day.
- Orders received after midday on Friday, or at the weekend, are processed the following Monday.
- Orders received on a bank holiday are processed the following working day.
Large statement crystals
Statement pieces over 30kg, and pieces of significant value, are arranged individually. In many cases collection in person or personal delivery is the better option, and we will contact you to agree the arrangements. All high-value shipments are fully insured.
International delivery
We ship crystals worldwide. Standard international shipping is £14.99 to the EU and £23.99 to other countries we deliver to, and is free on orders of £200 or more. Please allow up to 21 working days, depending on location. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Crystals weighing more than 5kg can only be ordered online for UK delivery. If you would like a large piece delivered overseas, please contact us and we will quote for insured shipping.
Packaging
Natural stone is fragile at its edges and formations, so every crystal is packed individually with the care its value deserves. To reduce waste, we often reuse sturdy boxes and packaging from our own imports.
Returns: your 14-day right to cancel
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email, phone or post, then return the crystal within 14 days of telling us. Return costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described. We will refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the crystal back.

Damaged or faulty crystals
If a crystal arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photographs. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
