Contact Us
For any enquiry — a question about a piece, delivery, sourcing, or anything else — we are always glad to hear from you.
Telephone and WhatsApp
Call or message us and we will come back to you as soon as we can. WhatsApp is often the quickest way to reach us, and the easiest way for us to send you photographs and videos of pieces.
Asking about a particular crystal
If you would like more photographs, a video, or further detail about any crystal — its origin, formation, weight or condition — just ask. Not everything we hold is listed online, so if you are searching for something specific, tell us what you have in mind and we will look through the collection for you.
Visiting our showroom
Statement Crystals is based in Hove, East Sussex, near Brighton. Our private showroom is open by appointment only, and same-day viewings are often available. We send the full address once your viewing is confirmed. We also offer live video viewings wherever you are in the world. Book a viewing.
Delivery questions
Details of how we pack and ship, including free UK delivery on orders of £100 or more and insured courier delivery for high-value pieces, are on our Delivery & Returns page. For anything not covered there, get in touch.
